Simple guided movement at your own pace, with the guidance of a personal trainer.
This friendly relaxed class should help you to feel stronger and move more easily. Supported exercises using equipment for mobility, balance and confidence. No pressure, no experience needed.

The venue is the former Bowls Pavilion at Preston Park, the one with the tall arched windows which is behind and to the rose garden side of the tennis courts.
