Note this meeting will be held on 14th May as Knoyle Hall is unavailable on 7th. Jenny Edgell will speak on 'Finding Family'. Jenny has been researching family history for over 30 years and has been a u3a member for 15 years, the last three years of which have been in the Preston Park group.

This talk ‘Finding Family’ explores the journey to find out the truth behind family folk lore and tells of the interesting people she met and places she visited - places as diverse as a graveyard in Wales and the garden of Chatsworth House.  It has given Jenny a lifelong pursuit of researching not just 'her' people but the disasters they were caught up in.
